Alyson Thomas of Riley Design is one of Wales's foremost designers of fused glass jewellery, based in her workshop on the beautiful Gower Peninsula in South Wales.

Riley Design produces a variety of fused glass objects and jewellery with which to decorate yourself and your home. Alyson takes her inspiration from Welsh culture and from the colours and objects found on the Welsh coast.

One of the distinguishing features of Riley Design jewellery, particularly neckwear, is that they are not just pendants to hang on a chain. Each item is made as a complete piece, often incorporating crystals, semi-precious gems and pearls. Prices reflect the labour-intensive nature of each item, and the fact that each one is a unique 'work of wearable art
